Typically, daily fee of Euro 1000. Travel expenses are invoiced separately when applicable. Company stock and/or stock options may be considered as remuneration for services rendered. To be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Commission: Flat fee, based on the total acquisition transaction value.
